AT&T Stadium in Arlington (Dallas-Fort Worth), Texas, USA, was the site of Hublot’s big announcement on Monday evening, August 26. Home of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys, the impressive space was a fitting venue to celebrate Hublot’s role as Official Luxury Watch & Timekeeper of the world-renowned team. Hublot CEO Ricardo Guadalupe and Dallas Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones were on hand—as were several members of the team and honored guests—to kick off the start of a partnership that also includes, not surprisingly, some great new limited edition Hublot watches.

“Collaborating with an iconic team like the Dallas Cowboys felt like a natural addition to our ever-growing platform of unique and exciting partnerships across the world, which also includes the Miami Heat, Los Angeles Lakers, Bayern Munich, FIFA, and international football god Pelé, to name a few,” said Guadalupe. “The Dallas Cowboys are an American institution; they are the world’s favorite football team.”

Mr. Jones concurred, saying that the Dallas Cowboys and Hublot share philosophies of excellence and elegance, and they also share an interest in taking their visibility and credibility to new heights through this association. Jones, along with some members of the Cowboys executive team, visited the Hublot manufacture in Switzerland to determine the details of the multi-year partnership.

The three custom Dallas Cowboys-branded timepieces feature the Cowboys’ favored blue and silver: two are Hublot Classic Fusion designs (one for ladies) and one is a King Power. The emblematic Cowboys star is prominently displayed at 5 o’clock on each dial, commemorating the team’s multiple Super Bowl wins. Each watch comes in an amazing commemorative box sturdily built as a miniature replica of the AT&T stadium—and a miniature football helmet is included as well.

The timepieces, available in November, will be sold exclusively in the Dallas area, both at Hublot’s Dallas boutique and a brand new pop-up location in the Cowboys’ Owner’s Lounge at AT&T stadium—a first in professional football. But these are not the only places the Hublot name will be seen large and loud. Through this affiliation, Hublot is now the naming rights partner of the VIP parking entrance and Hublot clocks will adorn the stadium walls, while the HD jumbotrons above the field will feature a Hublot clock for the pre-game countdowns at all home games.

Dallas Cowboys executive vice president and chief brand officer Charlotte Jones Anderson, who was instrumental in defining the aesthetics of the watches, said, “Hublot shares our vision for passion, innovation and style. I know of no better way to enter into the world of international luxury brands than through this unique and extraordinary venture with Hublot watches.”
