The first model was introduced in 2000 and ever since Chanel has created precious black ceramic watches which are distinctive in both form and function. Common features of the timepieces within the J12 collection include black guilloche dials, steel triple folding buckles, a self-winding mechanical movement, (the J12 Superleggera Chronograph is COSC certified) and the signature matte black or satin finish black ceramic.
