Launched in 2011, the J12 Chromatic collection brings to life a brand new ceramic nuance. Chanel creates a novelty “mirrored” look by combining titanium and ceramic, obtaining a deep reflective surface. The titanium ceramic is a fully scratch proof material, achieved through adding layers of titanium to the ceramic base, and then polishing with diamond powder. Technical and design features include a unidirectional rotating bezel, vertical satin finish on the center with coiled outer dial, screw down crown, and a satin finished link bracelet. The gem set timepiece contains 40 diamonds on the bezel and 8 diamond indicators.
